Available now in five-litre tubs, Double Chocolate is back and Yorkshire Wensleydale & Ginger Cheesecake (which was previously only available at the parlour and with collaborative partner, The Wensleydale Creamery) is now on offer to all trade customers. Both flavours are stocked at Brymor’s popular parlour for visitors to enjoy.
Double Chocolate is described as ‘One for true chocaholics – luxurious chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips and a naughty chocolate ripple. A sumptuous experience.’ While Yorkshire Wensleydale & Ginger Cheesecake is ‘luxury ice cream, carefully combined with locally handcrafted Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, ginger and biscuit crumb to create a delicious and indulgent scoop of truly Yorkshire yumminess.’
Production & Operations Manager, Chris Barley said: “We listen to customer feedback carefully, and have been asked to bring back Double Chocolate as well as to make Yorkshire Wensleydale & Ginger Cheesecake available to other outlets – so this is exactly what we’ve done.
“Both flavours are proving very popular in the parlour as well as with our wholesale customer base and we’re excited for more people to taste them!”
Brymor achieved a three star accolade in the 2022 Great Taste Awards for its Amarena Black Cherry Whim Wham, and invested over £200,000 in a solar panel installation on its roof and new production equipment to reduce its impact on the environment, as well as recent additions at the parlour of a dog agility area, pets corner and new play equipment.
Producing up to 1million litres of ice cream each year, Brymor has earned an enviable reputation and in addition to its parlour which welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, is also stocked in Booths, Waitrose and by many independent retailers, pubs and restaurants.
